About Our Menu

Rockwell's, Republic and our family take great pride in its commitment to the use of only the freshest ingredients available, relying almost exclusively on locally owned farms and producers. In striving to provide the best possible dining experience and continued high standard in quality and freshness, we are committed to collaborating with local vendors who further this goal.

All of the freshwater fish on the menu comes from the renowned Great Lakes and its adjacent waters.
Ocean catch is delivered daily to assure freshness.

Ingraberg Farm (Rockford), Otto's Chicken Farm (Middleville), Farm Country Cheese House (Lake View), and Nantucket Bakery (Grand Rapids), all contribute significantly toward the accomplishment of our homemade culinary creations.

"In my culinary experience overseas, I was taught that the quality of food that we serve our guests is of the utmost importance. I try to continue that in Grand Rapids by utilizing local businesses and farms. It has been and will continue to be my goal to serve the freshest and best possible ingredients to our guests."
